Welcome to the Hashtagcharity.org website. These terms of use (together with the documents referred to in it) set out the terms on which you may make use of our website www.hashtagcharity.org ("our site"). Use of our site includes — among other things — accessing it, browsing it, registering as a user, or creating projects.

Please read these terms carefully before you start. By using our site, you confirm that you accept them and agree to comply. If you do not agree, please don't use our site.

www.hashtagcharity.org is operated by Hashtagcharity.org Hungary Private Limited Liability Company ("we" and "Hashtagcharity.org Hungary"), a limited liability company registered in Hungary under company registration number 09-10-000526, with registered office at 4033 Debrecen, Vöfely utca 24, Hungary. Our tax number is 25089761-2-09.

We may revise these terms at any time by amending this page, and we may post notice of changes on the home page. Please check in from time to time — once published, changes are binding.

We may update the site and its content at any time. While we make reasonable efforts to keep things current, the content on our site may be out of date at any given moment, and we make no guarantees that it is accurate, complete or up-to-date.

The site is available to everyone, although certain features are restricted to registered users. We don't guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors. Access is permitted on a temporary basis, and we may suspend, withdraw or change all or any part of it without notice.

You are responsible for making the arrangements needed to access our site, and for ensuring that anyone who accesses it through your connection is aware of these terms and complies with them.

As a data subject you are entitled to (i) request information about our processing, (ii) request rectification of your data, (iii) request deletion or blocking, and (iv) object to processing — subject to the conditions set out in the relevant laws.

If you choose, or are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our sign-up or security procedures, you must treat it as confidential and never disclose it to a third party.

We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with these terms. If you suspect anyone else knows your credentials, please notify us at info@hashtagcharity.org.

The Hashtagcharity.org Hungary logo is a registered trade mark. We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site. Rights in certain content are owned by users or third parties and licensed to us. Our status — and that of identified contributors — as authors must always be acknowledged.

You may print one copy, and download extracts, of any page for your personal use, and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to content posted on our site. You must not modify paper or digital copies, and you must not use illustrations, photographs, video, audio or graphics separately from any accompanying text. You must not use any part of the content for commercial purposes without a licence from us or our licensors.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury, for damages caused intentionally, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by Hungarian law.

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, representations or other terms that may apply to our site or any content on it, whether express or implied. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising in connection with the use of, or inability to use, our site — including, without limitation:

We may provide links to other websites or resources at your sole discretion. We are not responsible for the availability of those external sites, and do not review or endorse — and are not liable for — their privacy practices, content, or the use others make of them.

Our site may contain links to third-party social media sites such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter or YouTube. We make pages available on such sites for informational purposes only. Your use of those pages is subject to the guidelines of the platforms in question as well as these terms.

Content, views and responses uploaded by creators, sponsors, advertisers or users of third-party platforms are solely their own and don't necessarily reflect our opinions. We are not responsible for what third parties publish via those platforms, and we don't warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of information available on our pages there.

By using our site, you expressly consent to the processing of certain personal data by us for the purposes of operating our site and providing services. We primarily process data obtained via your LinkedIn account and other social media sites as determined by you.

Each provision of these terms shall be construed as separately applying and surviving even if one or other of those provisions is held inapplicable or unenforceable in any circumstances.

These terms govern our relationship with you. You confirm that, in accepting them, you haven't relied on any representation save where expressly made a term here. Your statutory rights are not affected.

These terms, their subject matter and their formation are governed by Hungarian law. You and we both agree that the courts of Hungary will have exclusive jurisdiction.
